Criteria Details

To benefit from this scheme, all women beneficiaries must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Qualification

A. The applicant must be a resident of Odisha.

B. The applicant must be enrolled under NFSA/SFSS. A woman from a family not covered by NFSA/SFSS can apply under Subhadra, provided her family's annual income does not exceed ₹2.5 lakhs (specifically ₹2 lakhs and ₹50 thousand).

C. To qualify for this scheme, the applicant's age on the cutoff date must be at least 12 years and not exceed 60 years. The date of birth recorded on the Aadhaar card will be used to determine age.

D. For the financial year 2024-25, the age of the woman according to Rikh should be 21 years or older and less than 60 years. Therefore, the applicant's date of birth should fall between 02.07.1964 and 01.07.2023.


E. For 2024-25, if a woman turns 21 after 01.07.2023, she will receive Rs 10,000 annually for the remaining years of the plan. Likewise, a woman who turns 60 after 01.07.2023 will be eligible for the remaining years of the scheme. This assistance will not be provided for.

Disqualification

Women must meet the following eligibility criteria to qualify for the benefits of this scheme. They will be disqualified if:


A. Women whose monthly income is ₹1500 or more, or whose annual income is ₹18,000 or more, or who receive any form of assistance from state or central government, such as pensions or scholarships.


B. If a woman or a member of her family:

1. Is a current or former Member of Parliament or Member of the Legislative Assembly.


2. Is liable to pay income tax.


3. Has been elected to any urban local body or panchayat government institution (excluding only ward members and local council members).


4. Is associated with any undertaking/board/local body under the Government of India or State Government, or is appointed as a regular employee.



Application Procedure

Identification of Beneficiaries:

1. All eligible women applicants will receive benefits under this scheme. They must apply to avail themselves of it.

2. Applications may be submitted offline by completing a printed form or online via the Subhadhra portal. This can be accomplished.

3.Various locations and offices, including Anganwadi Centre, Block Office, and ULB Office, have adequate printed application forms available free of charge at Seva Kendra, Common Service Center, etc.

4. Applicants are required to complete the form and submit it to the nearest My Seva Kendra (MSK) or Common Service Canter (CSC)


5. In the event of any discrepancies between the submitted form and the Aadhaar information provided by the applicant, the information will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


6.All collected applications will be verified against the most recent database maintained by the Government, and necessary investigations will be conducted through field assessments.

7. All applicants must demonstrate their eligibility under the “SUBHADHRA YOJANA” scheme by providing the required declaration and fulfilling the e-KYC requirements. For e-KYC, face authentication will be the preferred method. Beneficiaries can complete the process via the Subhadra mobile app by entering their Aadhaar number.
